Credits & Usage Limits

Payments & Billing
Paid features are offered as one-time purchases and are processed through Stripe. All prices are displayed before purchase. Payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Availability & Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated translations, keywords, or suggestions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business, arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these Terms or use the service in a manner that may cause harm or legal exposure.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
